The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was met with warmth and pampering. From a thoughtful upgrade to a surprise birthday celebration, the team's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly special. Their sweetness, friendliness, and politeness created an atmosphere of happiness and comfort throughout our stay. The aesthetics of the resort are captivating, immersing guests in the rich Balinese culture. Our room was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay. A lovely resort right in the middle of Ubud making it easy to go out for meals, entertainment, shopping... The rooms were well fitted out and had high quality toiletries. We stayed in a room on the third floor which had a great view overlooking the pool and gardens. Breakfast was a buffet style with optional orders (eggs etc). Being set back from the road there was no noise as I have experienced in other central Ubud hotels. Our booking included a Balinese massage in the spa which was a nice experience (though you can get the same massage for a fraction of the price out in town). The staff were always friendly and exceptionally helpful.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. My stay here was so super comfortable. I had a bathtub in my room, which is not something I ever thought I would need but I was happy with it. The bed was comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. The pools are nice and they weren't too busy when I was there. There's room service from a nearby restaurant. Location is right smack in the middle of Ubud. It's busy but you won't get that feeling in the room.
